Cooloola Christian College is offering up to 3 Instrumental Music Scholarships for successful candidates.

Our 3 Year scholarship includes:

• All school-based instrumental tuition fees (up to $1400 per year) for one instrument;
• Acceptance into relevant ensemble;
• Participation in all Excellence in the Arts events and performances;
• Guaranteed place in Australian Curriculum Music classes (Yr 8-10);
• Participation in the annual State Honours Ensemble Programs (SHEP) Additional fees apply, payable to SHEP program.

Selection Criteria:

• A short (one piece) audition submission;
• Enrolment/scholarship interview if short-listed;
• High-standard academic report;
• At least level 3 AMEB or equivalent.

Our 3 Year Sports Scholarship includes:

• Opportunity to try out for one or more of our CCC teams;
• All CCC coaching and fixture fees covered;
• Travel costs and fees for any competitions attended by CCC teams;
• Contribution to State or National competiiton fees (up to $500);
• $500 off academic tuition fees each year annually (for the 3 years of the program);
• A Struddys CCC Eagles Backpack.

Selection Criteria:

• School sport and representative squad achievement;
• Enrolment/scholarship interview if short-listed;
• High-standard character, conduct and academic achievement;
• Short personal statement.

The Liverpool Way. The CCC Way.

The Liverpool FC International Academy Scholarship provides selected Years 7-10 students with an exciting opportunity to develop their football skills, character and leadership through the LFCIA program at CCC.

Our 3 Year Scholarship includes:

• $500 reduction in academic tuition fees annually (for the 3 years of the program);
• Official Liverpool FC apparel;
• LFCIA Extension program fees covered;
• Guaranteed place in Yr 9/10 LFCIA Sports Development elective;
• One holiday clinic included each year;
• Travel costs and competition fees covered for all LFCIA team events.

Selection Criteria:

• One coach recommendation addressing character and behaviour;
• Evidence of involvement in club/representative teams (if applicable);
• A summary of school sporting participation;
• Demonstration of sound academic achievement;
• A 200-word personal statement.

The EXCEL Academic Scholarship provides selected students entering Years 5–6 with the opportunity to flourish academically, develop their leadership and character, and be challenged to achieve their full potential.

Our 2 Year Scholarship includes:

• $500 reduction in academic tuition fees each year;
• Participation in the CCC Honours and academic extension programs;
• Access to selected academic competitions and extension opportunities;
• Academic mentoring and goal-setting with CCC staff;
• Opportunities to develop leadership and contribution within the College community;
• Recognition as a CCC EXCEL Scholar.

Selection Criteria:

• Demonstrated strong academic achievement;
• Evidence of academic potential, curiosity and a growth mindset;
• Demonstration of leadership capability and positive contribution;
• Teacher recommendation addressing character, conduct, attitude to learning and academic achievement;
• A student personal statement outlining their aspirations and why they would like to be an EXCEL Scholar.

Scholarship Application Form

The CCC Christian Education Scholarship supports students who aspire to combine their Christian faith with a career in education.

The Scholarship recognises students who demonstrate:

• a genuine Christian faith and strong Christian character;
• a passion for working with children and young people;
• academic potential;
• leadership, initiative and a commitment to service;
• a clear vocational interest in teaching; and

The Scholarship provides $1,000 per year for up to four years, to assist with expenses associated with tertiary study at Christian Heritage College (CHC).

CCC particularly encourages Scholarship recipients to gain practical experience in education during their degree including work as a Teacher Aide / Education Support Officer (ESO) or to participate in CHC's Teach for a Purpose program, if positions are available.

The Scholarship does not guarantee employment or participation in any particular program.
